Superintendent

It is my honor and pleasure to serve as the North Royalton City School District’s superintendent. Collaborating with the educators, staff, students, and community has been very rewarding for me and I remain dedicated to assuring a quality education for every child in our community.

Living in the community, as well as being a parent of a daughter in the district and two daughters who are alum, gives me a perspective of the needs and challenges that families face each and every day. It is my goal to keep the open lines of communication and the collaborative environment that we have established going strong.

Our facility needs remain the number one key issue our district faces. Whether it is our deteriorating structures like our roofs and driveways, our antiquated infrastructure, such as electrical, heating and ventilation, or the need to address the safety and security of all of our buildings, we need to address our facilities. Just like we, as homeowners, have had to address issues in our personal homes, we have to address the same issues on our district facilities.

And, there is always the issue of the state budget and its impact on our district. In North Royalton, we have historically offered the finest quality education while at the same time being very fiscally responsible to the taxpayers. We will continue to make sure that while operating on one of the lowest per pupil expenditures in the county our students will receive the same quality education that the communities of North Royalton and Broadview Heights have come to expect.

As you can see, there are a lot of important decisions and items before us. My promise to the communities of North Royalton and Broadview Heights is that our district will not lose sight of the importance of inspiring and empowering learners each and every day. We have a great story to tell in North Royalton...I am very proud to be a part of the story and I hope we continue to write a great story together.
