January 8th, 9th and 10th are semester exams for all classes at NRHS. On these days the schedule is altered dramatically. Students are expected in attendance during periods where they have classes. All classes do have an exam or final project that requires students to be in attendance. Students may go home after their last exam of each day. Students may not leave and come back if they have a study hall between two exams. Please see ......

All students taking US Government during first semester will be taking the State of Ohio End of Course Exam on Wednesday, December 12 at 7:20am. Other students may be participating in End of Course retakes at this time as well. All students participating in EOC retakes will be notified by their counselors.

This year NRHS will be making use of five (5) Late Arrival days so faculty and staff can collaborate on best practices, curriculum alignment and the continued creation of common assessments. 

Late Arrival days will be: 
September 19, November 14th, January 23rd, February 20th and March 13th.

Buses will run their normal routes at their normal times. 

Students needing to use the bus for transportation will be placed in a study hall until the start of the instructional day. Students driving to school or being dropped off should arrive at 8:35 a.m. Please allow additional time to get to school as traffic patterns will be different than the typical arrival time.
