Welcome To North Royalton City Schools New Student Registration Portal

In order to allow for the safety of our families and staff, we have moved our registration process at this time to completely online.  We will continue to update the registration site as needed.

IMPORTANT UPDATE . . . BIRTHDATE CHANGE FOR KINDERGARTEN ELIGIBILITY.
Beginning with registration for the 2022-23 school year, students wishing to enter kindergarten must turn five by August 1, 2022.

Currently, the District requires children to be five (5) by September 30 of the upcoming school year.  This birth date cut-off will change to August 1 beginning with the 2022-23 school year.  Children will now need to be five (5) by August 1 in order to enroll in kindergarten. There are several reasons for this change. All students entering kindergarten will be at least five (5) years old.  Child development is more in line with the increasing academic, social, and emotional demands being expected of the District’s youngest learners.  In addition, many neighboring communities, including St. Albert the Great already have August 1 as their cut-off date.  We realize this will be a change for our community.  It is our belief that this change leverages all children with the long-term foundation needed for strong academic success.

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BEGIN IN FEBRUARY
