Welcome to the human resources page. The mission of the North Royalton City School District is to Inspire and Empower Learners. My goal is to support this mission by selecting qualified, passionate people who are dedicated to serving the students and communities of North Royalton and Broadview Heights.
The Office of the Director of Human Resources oversees all labor and employee related matters for all administrator, certified, classified and substitute issues. The North Royalton City School District has just under 600 employees in addition to classified and certified substitutes. The District’s workers’ compensation is also managed within the human resources department.
Throughout the year, as job opportunities occur, they will be posted on this website. The North Royalton City School District has an on-line application process which will allow you to apply for any position through our website. In addition to the application, you will also be able to upload any supporting documentation, including a cover letter, resume, and references. Your application remains active and on file for one calendar year.
