Link Crew

Our Link Crew program is a duel freshmen transition program and an upperclassmen leadership program. As our freshmen go through the program, they will be introduced to our school and its culture, establish roots in the school, build a mentor-mentee relationship, develop a sense of belonging, and have a reduced level of stress as they enter a new school. The upperclassmen Link Crew leaders will be part of our Freshmen Orientation Day which includes large and small group orientation, schedule information and a complete school tour. The Link Crew Leaders will also run Monthly Group Lessons where the freshmen are broken up into small groups in order to work on leadership, study, and character building skills. The freshmen will also be treated to a Motivational Speaker and a Year-End Program sponsored by the Link Crew in order to help them move from being a freshman to a fully involved sophomore.
