North Royalton City Schools has announced that David Guciardo, current assistant principal at North Royalton Middle School, will take on a new leadership role as the third and fourth-grade assistant principal at North Royalton Elementary School beginning with the 2025-26 school year. Guciardo will succeed Vince Ketterer who will be the lead principal for the entire school.
Guciardo has been a dedicated member of the North Royalton administrative team since 2014, when he joined the middle school as assistant principal. Prior to his work in North Royalton, he served as a deputy principal in the Parma City School District, bringing valuable experience in leadership and student development.
“I am incredibly excited to be transitioning from North Royalton Middle School to North Royalton Elementary,” said Guciardo. “The opportunity to impact students at the earliest stages of their educational journey is both inspiring and deeply meaningful. I look forward to helping lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and growth.”
Guciardo earned his Master of Education in Administration from Cleveland State University and holds a Bachelor of Education in Marketing Education from Bowling Green State University.
With this transition, North Royalton City Schools has posted the assistant principal position for the middle school, beginning the search for Guciardo’s successor.
