North Royalton High School Students Explore Anatomy Through Interactive Technology

Students in Beth Quirino’s Honors Anatomy and Physiology class at North Royalton High School recently used the Anatomage Table to strengthen their understanding of human anatomy.

Using the interactive 3D technology, students reviewed anatomical terminology, identified bones and quizzed one another on their knowledge of the skeletal system. The hands-on activity encouraged students to work together, ask questions and apply what they have learned in class.

The experience also gave students an opportunity to practice Critical Thinking and a Learner’s Mindset, two competencies of North Royalton City Schools’ Portrait of a Bear.
