It is that time of year again when the completion of The Back To School forms occurs.  There are several forms that you will need to complete.  These forms have been pre-populated with the information that has been provided previously. The Back-to-School  process allows you to update contact information, emergency contacts, free/reduced lunch applications (The online application can be completed beginning August 1st), technology usage agreements as well as reviewing school policies and student codes of conduct.    The forms will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. 

If you have lost or forgotten your PowerSchool login information, please send an email to registration@northroyaltonsd.org. The information attached provides directions on how to review and update your child’s enrollment information.       

Directions for completing the Back to School Forms.

  1. Click on Forms

  2. There will be several tabs across the top.

  3. Click on the General Forms Tab

  4. There will only be a few  forms to complete.  They will say “Not Started” when you first open the tab.

  5. You must complete all forms/questions in order to be able to access your student’s information including schedules, teacher assignments, etc.

  6.  If your student is in a fall sport, these forms, in addition to final forms must also be completed.
