NRMS Bears Care
On Friday, October 3rd, NRMS students and staff will come together for the inaugural “NR Bears Care” FUNdraising Event, a special event dedicated to supporting families in need within the North Royalton community.
During the event, students will rotate through four interactive stations designed to promote teamwork, camaraderie, friendly competition, and a commitment to helping others.
All students who make a donation of any amount will be entered into a drawing for the chance to participate in a tug-of-war match against the other pods in their grade. Each winning grade-level pod will be rewarded with an ice cream party at a later date. Cash and checks (made payable to NRMS) are accepted. All donations should be turned in to the students’ first core class teacher prior to October 3rd.
Additionally, students will have the opportunity to purchase candy and drinks at the event for $1.00. (Cash only please.)
Together, we can make a meaningful impact while fostering school spirit. We encourage everyone to participate and help demonstrate that NR Bears truly care!

News to Know
Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) - 6th Grade
Students in the 6th grade will be taking the CogAT on Friday, October 3. Please click here to view an informational letter regarding this assessment.
NRMS Fundraiser Conclusion & Cookie Dough Pick-up
Our Fall Fundraiser is now over. Cookie dough is the only item that does not get shipped. Please check your student’s account to see orders. All cookie dough orders will need to be picked up at NRMS on October 16 from 3:30-6:00 p.m.
Career Connections at NRMS
North Royalton would like parents/caregivers to share their careers. If you are interested in communicating your career experiences to students K-12th grades, fill out this Google Form. Your participation will allow our students the opportunity to take away valuable lessons from members of our community. Together we can help students make "real world" connections between what is being taught in the classroom and real-life
Course & Activity Fees
Fees have been posted in each student’s PowerSchool account through the 2024-2025 school year. Fees for the 2025-2026 school year will be posted after the start of the year. Parents can check their PowerSchool accounts for fees and pay via credit card on https://payschoolscentral.com/ or send cash or checks (payable to NRMS) to the main office at the middle school.
