Phone
(Parents and Guardians)

Calls during the school day or early morning are for emergencies or important information, such as school closings/delays or absence notices. NRCS recognizes that calls for general info are often inconvenient, so this info is typically communicated through email, website, app, or social media.

In cases of emergencies, transportation delays, and other important/urgent info, the district sends text messages and phone notifications through the district app to parents/ guardians who have opted into this service.

The district may activate the web alert system during an emergency, weather event, or in the need to share important information such as school closings. In addition, the website houses general information that the school community and/ or anyone with an interest in the NRCS may find beneficial.
