Join the Ohio School Boards Association for Forward Together: A Community Conversation, hosted by OSBA President Mary Cleveland.
This event invites residents, families, staff and community members from across Ohio to hear directly from school leaders, ask questions and take part in a conversation about public education.

$25.46 per hour
8 hours per day - 12-month position - Tuesday through Saturday
Summer Hours: 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm, Winter Hours: 4:00 am - noon
Primary responsibility during summer hours is to monitor the stadium, which includes:
- Assisting with setup and teardown for events.
- Monitoring and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bleachers, restrooms, concession area, and walkways.
Performs maintenance and repair duties to ensure the safe use of the district’s permanent improvements, including its buildings, grounds, and equipment.

This event gives our 9th through 12th grade students the opportunity to learn directly from local professionals, universities, and military representatives. We hope you and your organization will participate in the day by speaking to our students on behalf of your career field, business, or college.

When: Friday, October 23, 2026
Where: North Royalton High School
Time Commitment:
7:30 a.m. - 8:10 a.m. - Set up tabletops and displays
8:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Career, College, and Military Fair
12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Tear down and lunch
Refreshments will be provided in the morning, followed by a catered lunch (or a grab-and-go boxed lunch if you're on a tight schedule!).
